The Women’s Aspiring League is a development-focused competition in Scottish women’s rugby, designed to provide a platform for emerging talent and players at the grassroots level. Typically, the league features teams with less experienced players (some of ours had never played rugby before April last year!) and consequently the emphasis is on player development, team cohesion, and the opportunity for competitive play. It’s an important part of the #SRU pathway for women’s #rugby in #Scotland and OUR CARRICK LADIES have won it on their *debut season*!
